The site will go down for maintenance Saturday night, 2010-03-20 at 12:00 midnight MST, and should be back up and running by 2010-03-21 at 04:00am MST.
I hope you find the pages in my site useful in providing nursing information. Some of the pages will be updated on a regular basis, and some will be changed only rarely.
It is my goal to make this a communication tool for your use. I will do my best to keep it current.
Parents, There have been a few confirmed cases of lice at the school this new year. I would like to inform parents about lice procedures.
If your child/children have lice, you MUST report it to me. I will keep all
information in the strictest confidence. Your child/children must be cleared
by me before school re-entry. This is not only a courtesy to all the other
children and families but an SUSD requirement.
If there is a CONFIRMED case of lice in your classroom, your child will be
bringing home a letter from me. Please check your own children's hair at home.
This will decrease the spread of lice.
Lice has been around for 5000 years! It is not a question of cleanliness.
Please feel free to call or email me for any recommendations on treatment, bringing your child/children in, or any questions at all. Thanks for your cooperation!!!!!
Now that we are fully in the WINTER season, please dress your children appropriately for the cool weather.
